Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

During launches, Limited Drops, holidays or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we'll try to keep you informed using the contact details provided with your order.

Delivery time depends on your location, serviceability and the delivery partner.

Any delivery date shown on the website, at checkout, in an order confirmation or on a tracking page is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Courier operations, weather, public holidays, local restrictions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

Any applicable shipping charge is shown before you complete your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available from the delivery partner.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Please verify your name, mobile number, address and PIN code before ordering.

If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to assist before dispatch, but address changes cannot always be made after dispatch.

Additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may need to be borne by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment, please contact us.

Re-shipping may be subject to additional shipping charges.

If the outer package appears significantly damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening where reasonably possible.

If the product itself is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.
