BUTNFLY ("we", "us") operates butnfly.com, an online store for baby and kids fashion in India. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details when you shop or create an account; your PIN code for delivery checks; and basic device and browsing information that helps the website function.

How we use it: to process and deliver your orders, take payment, handle returns and exchanges, respond to your questions, and — only if you opt in — send you updates about new collections and drops.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers available there. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI or banking details on BUTNFLY.

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run the store — payment processing, order hosting and delivery partners — and only to the extent needed. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies: we use cookies to keep your shopping bag and sign-in working, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Your choices: you can ask us to view, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to hello@butnfly.com. We retain order records as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
