Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation at any time before your order is dispatched.

Email hello@butnfly.com with your order number and cancellation request before dispatch. We will check the dispatch status and confirm the outcome by email.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. After delivery, eligible items may be requested for return within 7 days under our Exchange & Returns policy.

For a confirmed cancellation before dispatch, any payment collected for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval. Bank or payment-provider posting times may be additional.
