Refund Policy

Eligible returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days of approval.

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. For approved cancellations before dispatch, no return inspection is needed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit in your account.

To request a refund, email hello@butnfly.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Return eligibility and applicable shipping deductions are described in our Exchange & Returns policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
