These terms govern your use of butnfly.com and purchases from BUTNFLY, an online baby and kids fashion store operating in India. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing: all prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep product photos, descriptions, sizes and stock information accurate, but colours may vary slightly by screen and availability can change.

Orders: your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment taken for cancelled items.

Payment: payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment partners. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment is authorised.

Delivery and returns: delivery timelines, shipping charges and our 7-day exchange and return policy are described on our Shipping & Delivery and Exchange & Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

You may request cancellation at any time before your order is dispatched.

For a confirmed cancellation before dispatch, any payment collected for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval. Bank or payment-provider posting times may be additional.

Your account: you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property: all content on this site — designs, photographs, text and the BUTNFLY brand — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
